We had the floors in our house completely done. Our Salesman was Freddie and he was so good to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best flooring to meet our needs. We have 4 dogs so it was important that we get it right. The transaction was seamless. He sent the installer to our house to take the measurements. He was on time and he and another worker measured the house and made some recommendations and explained the process. We had to have a lot of tile removed and we knew it was a big job. Once he took the measurements back to Freddie we went and finalized our decisions. He ordered the material and the next day we received a call from the installer that The materials were in and he would start the demolition the following day. Danny was our installer and he said he would be to our house the following morning at 8am. He was early. This was a big job. They started on Friday and finished by noon the following Wednesday. They ere on time every day. Cleaned everything up and were very helpful. To finish it off we needed our new baseboards painted. Danny referred the painter to us. He showed up on time and stayed until 8pm that night to get it finished. I am very happy with happy with the flooring. It’s beautiful. The entire experience was as good as any home renovation can be. The fact that they did such a food job makes it even better.
