Love our new carpet. The installers that Thornton’s sent were the best. They were very professional and hard working. Even helped us move some of our heavy furniture back in place.

Had a difficult time with our sales rep Josh H. from the start. He misquoted us, then once we ordered and he gave us a delivery date, the product didn't come in for another 2 weeks. When I spoke with him on the phone he was apologetic and said he'd have everything ready to go on the day the product was delivered to the warehouse. Not true. I drove 90 miles to their warehouse on the pickup date to find that the subfloor wasn't there. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to drive across town to pick that up. Our whole project was waiting on this flooring. Actual Shaw flooring that we purchased is of great quality, however I won't be doing business with Thornton again. Too stressful during a building project that was already stressful.
