Worst staff ever. Went to get an iron gate. They don’t know where their own stock is. Kept referring me to different areas of the store and shrugging me off. One guy said he couldn’t even help me and was dismissive. Poor selection of items. Dirty location, dusty items have been sitting around for years. Do not go here.

Asked 7 different staff to point me in the direction of the item I was looking for. Deer in the headlights. The staff from the specific department turned me away to the direction of the service desk because he busy training. ??????!!!!!!! Thanks for nothin Brad! I'm just saying, there is no pride in one's service. Knowledge of product is dismal. Basic product location within the store was even a challenge. In part I blame the consumer, because I feel in general we sadly accept this "anti-customer service" as the norm. Four locations in three municipalities , 5 hours and a tank of gas later.....I was able to make my purchase.

Love this location. Staff always easy to find and quick to offer help. Smaller store than wye road but they have most things you need and will tell you if the other store has what you're looking for.
