We recently had a water leak in our home and had to replace all our existing laminate. Our insurance suggested a different flooring company but after shopping around we decided to proceed with Rachel at Century Carpet One. And boy are we glad we did! Rachel helped us step by step and made the process seamless and easy (which is often difficult to do when working with insurance companies). The service was top notch and communication was constant. Myles and the other installers were prompt and professional and did a fantastic job with the new installation. We are extremely happy with final product. 10/10 would recommend.

Helpful Staff - very friendly, efficient, and responsive. Fair Pricing - prices are competitive when compared to other distributors. Quick Delivery - I was able to order, pay and pick up my flooring within a 48 hour window. ...thanks for the great service Rachel and the team at Century!

Thanks Rachael, for referring us to Scott, who repaired a burn mark in front of our fireplace. He did a terrific job. You can't tell where the repair was done.
