Changing my wonderful review of Lowes as I've had nothing but headaches at this store. Mulitple orders with issues, been told incorrect information by employees multiple times and I'm tired of it. Also had one employee be completely rude on the phone and then hang up on me. Was promised by the manager that she would be moved to another department, only to see her still at customer service next time I came in. I don't trust this store anymore, will stick to Home Depot.

Maybe the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They called to say that my order was ready to pick up, then had me stand at the counter for AN HOUR AND A HALF while they looked for the order that they had just told me to come pickup. Standing there that long on a busy Saturday I realized that they were VERY understaffed, and the staff that was there was VERY undertrained. I got to see MANY unhappy customers leave frustrated, and staff that was completely unapologetic for their incompetence.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to price match an item from a flyer (Canadian Tire) and was asked if this was a flyer from a United States Canadian Tire Store....really. Staff tried to look on-line but got stuck in the online Ontario Canadian Tire store and couldn't figure out how to find a Red Deer store. The item on my phone showing it at a Red Deer Canadian Tire couldn't be believed. Nobody knew the stores or their own postal code and couldn't find the flyer online. All this time I had the flyer in my hand. It just kept getting worse, until I left.... I will never ever go back. This was on a Wednesday and Lowes Thursday flyer the spray foam was marked down to Canadian Tire prices. Lowes doesn't even try. Just started developing my basement in my new home. Lowes won't see a penny from that budget. Already hoping Lowe's go the way of Target. Update. Tired to talk a coworker out of purchasing a dishwasher from Lowes. We left the store with a promise that we would be contacted as soon as the dish washer arrived from the warehouse. 53 minutes later ... long enough to get home and get settled we are notified by email that the dishwasher is in the store. What a complete waste of time. Went back to the store to pick up the dishwasher for the second time and it took over two hours until someone could move it from behind customer service to my truck. What a confused bunch.

Went to get a leaf blower on sale and I couldn't find it I was told by several different employees that it was down three different aisles still couldn't find it. Went to customer service stood there for 45 mins waiting for help and then finally I got my leaf blower. I will not be going back rather deal with the horrible service at Home Depot

The store is new so it is nice however this also reflects the pricing! On just the 5 items I wanted to buy Lowe’s were higher by far than the Home Depot! If they want business perhaps they may want to consider lowering their prices even though they match Home Depot prices! If you didn’t know they matched you would just go elsewhere!! Buyer beware!!
