Big store well lit up. Lots of Staff ready and willing to help you. Lots of handicap parking! No problems getting in and out. Without a doubt more variety then the other big hardware stores. Truth be told it was the only place I could get my refrigerator water and ice filter. .. for my brand new Frigidaire. Took two trips back and forth but pretty much stress free purchase. I I will be going to Lowe's first from now on.

Lowes has awesome staff. Debbie B. Helped us and was very patient and knowledgeable. Helped us with our entire purchase from a toilet to underlay. This is a rate treat these days that someone is willing to take the time a actually help instead of saying "I think it's in isle 3! Good on you Debbie B!

Manager is great. Some of the department associates can't be bothered to help. Needed some soil bales and they were on a top shelf. He told me they weren't for sale 😒😒😒

Information gathered from paint department was outstanding, nobody in kitchen hardware for hours therefore gathered very little information and no feedback or customer preference . Only one checkout open on a Saturday afternoon resorting in frustrating use of self check which was malfunctioning. Very disappointed in lack of personel making for a troublesome visit other than the terrific service from the paint department.

I’m not really sure when Lowe’s moved from actually staffing its stores to relying entirely on self checkout. There was no one to be seen in the store while I was searching up and down aisles for the item I came for, and then there were no tills open! As usual, self checkout wasn’t perfect and I had to sit there and wait while the employee “overseeing” the area checked out someone else...so he was expected to do the job of a cashier as well! When I asked to see a manager, he didn’t seem inclined to call one, so I called for one myself. Said “manager” (just an assistant, as I’ve discovered is typical of Lowe’s) simply paid me lip service (“I agree”, “I’ll look into it”), but didn’t take my information to follow up...which is why I know it wasn’t genuine. I’m onto you, Andy. West end Lowe’s, get off your checkbook and hire some staff. It’s not like there’s a shortage of people looking for work.
