After shopping at 4 other flooring stores I purchased my carpet from Calgary flooring Designs and had them take care of the installation, the staff were incredibly helpful they all worked together. I got a great value for the price. The installation guys did an incredible job. He was very careful not to mark my newly painted walls. Stairs looked amazing as well. A truly family owned and operated business (YES!!) Highly recommend this store and their installers.

I have followed their salesperson Rob T. to his new employment. Rob has re-done several homes for me - both locally and out of country. I trust him to make the right choice in flooring and to oversee the installation process. He has never steered me wrong. Congrats on your new position and thanks for the most recent install. See you soon for the next round.

We have been dealing with Calgary Flooring Designs for our last 5 projects. They have provided us with hardwood, Luxury vinyl plank and carpet flooring with different installers that specialize in their field. All our projects have been completed as promised without any problems whatsoever to measurement to selection and finally installation. We would not consider any other flooring company for any future work we do, nor do we think twice about giving out Calgary Flooring Designs' name to anybody we know who is looking for a flooring contractor. In fact we encourage people to only consider Calgary Flooring Designs, as we find Chic to be the must knowledgeable in his field.

I use Calgary Flooring Designs for many of my projects and am always more than satisfied! Chic and Sandy are always helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They can always find the products I want, at a price that I can’t pass up! I have used their installers as well and they are always on time, professional and do excellent work. I love working with them and recommend them to all my clients and friends.

I have been working with Chic and the team since they opened the store and I have never had any issues. As a contractor myself customer service is very, very important to me and I have never had any complaints, only compliments about Calgary Flooring Designs. I would highly recommend them.
