Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Right from walking into Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring, to the finished project, we were more than happy with the entire experience. We had a large project which felt overwhelming at the start. Paul was extremely helpful and accommodating with our timeline. Everything was completed on time and on budget. I also can't say enough about the installer(s) - professional, courteous and worked their butts off every day. I would highly recommend Deerfoot Flooring and I WILL use them for any future flooring projects.

Top notch company!! Would highly recommend them. Handled our warranty issue in a timely and professional manner. From our first contact with Alana to the experienced tiler Peter- everything was done very professionally. We are so pleased with the amazing customer service, talented staff and our amazing new floor. We would highly recommend Deerfoot Carpet and will be using them again for our future flooring neeeds. 10/10!

We've installed flooring through Deerfoot Carpet on 3 separate occasions and each time we were extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the install. The installer showed up on time, was neat and tidy, and did a fantastic job! The office staff is very courteous and friendly and the prices are good. I would definitely recommend Deerfoot Carpet to anyone!

Our experience with Deerfoot Carpet was disappointing and highly frustrating. I can say with 100% certainty that we would never deal with Deerfoot Carpet again nor would we ever recommend them. The only reason we stuck it out with them was because we really like the carpet we found there and the price was half decent. However the customer service was horrible!!!! We continually had to chase down the sales person we were dealing with to get measurements done, to try and schedule installations and to track where our carpet was at. A process that we were told would take only a few weeks was almost two months. The sales person would not return our calls, would not call us when they said they would (we would call them days later and they would not have any information on what was happening with our order). It really felt like we were ignored, that our business did not matter and that our sales person had better things to do than to follow through on what their job was. As I write this review, I am waiting for the installer who has not... surprise, surprise..not shown up for our appointment.

Our experience was inspiring and comfortable. Given previous unsatisfactory flooring installations, we were wary. No problem. The contractor who conducted the estimate inspired confidence. The Deerfoot representative was flexible with payment plans and communication which included a meeting with him and the service manager to discuss some options re: vinyl plank installation. The work was done professionally, on time, and within budget. In summary, it was the best contracting job we have ever dealt with. No fuss, no mess, and no BS.
