My experience with tile town was awesome! Pam was so helpful helping me pick out my tile. The rest of the crew was great too. Thanks for a wonderful experience, I would definitely buy more tile at your store. Thanks Pam, you are great at your job.

Very pleased! Excellent customer service! My husband and I had been to several tile shops before we walked into this location. Where other places showed minimal interest in any interaction with us, the staff here were very interested in helping us and making sure that we got the right product for the job. We were looking for tile to use on a kitchen counter top . The other shops we went to prior to coming to Tile Town offered absolutely no suggestion or information about what products to look for, and had we not visited Tile Town, we may have gone home with something that wouldn't work. The staff at this location are very informed about all of their products, and we received clear information on each tile that we considered. We learned a lot from this, and we were only too happy to be able to receive this information. During the ordering process, the staff were very patient and accommodating. I felt like my business mattered to this establishment, which is rare in this day and age. I would shop here again, and will recommend this business to everyone considering tile for their home renovation projects.
