Not good enough for 21st century. Store staff were great - when you can find them. I wanted a bath tub and surround. Great display - no stock! Staff can see other store stock but cannot order it for pickup. Website is dreadful, can't find item even with store item #s. 1-800 call centre is no use either, they just have access to the website. Chat were pleasant but no use. It is like they are 2 separate businesses with no link. Overall: If they have what you want in-store, go for it. If not, skip the on-line. 5 for nice, 0 for results.

Going through the process of getting a kitchen done by them. So far the experience has been ok. If it goes much better or much worse I will update my review

I have tried on several occasions to buy products from this store and there has always been some kind of issue. Either their computer system says they have stock but the staff can't find it, something goes on sale but there are only 3 available...in Ontario, and if you order something online you won't get any notifications as to the status or whereabouts of your order - on two separate orders I had to phone the store directly and even then, they couldn't tell me if they received it or not. The staff does not have any knowledge of the products they are selling so don't go there looking for advice, and if you have to return something be prepared to lose a half hour of your life waiting at the customer service desk. Still trying to figure out how they can stay in business.

Just shop online. Quicker easier and maybe on line stores will be helpful. No lanes available. Self check outs closed. Customer service full, don't go here for a quick trip
