My parents used them to do some renovations. They said they would be done before school starts in September, last September. It has taken them over 1 year to do renovations which they quoted as taking a couple of months. They don't even have time to fix any of the many mistakes they did. Worse yet my parents paid them for more work than they got done and they seem to have no intention of holding up their end of the deal. My parents are embarrassed to have guests over in their half completed project. They did shoddy work, took forever to do half their job, took my parents money, and ran off without holding onto their end of the deal. I wish there is some legal action we could take. In the meantime, DO NOT USE, they are crooks who can't run a business. Wait till they shape up.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star but sadly Google won't allow me. Dealing with Abigail and her team has been THE most unpleasant experience. Phone calls and emails don't get returned and the business is often closed during their regular business hours. They have no problems returning calls when they're expecting your 50% deposit but after that, good luck receiving any kind of timely communication. It has been 8 months since we had our flooring done and we are still waiting for the job to be finished properly. As you can see in the pictures, the work was very sloppy. Work started late to begin with and took twice as long as promised. This isn't that surprising. However, the quality was sub par and despite numerous guarantees made by Abigail, they refuse to come back and complete the repairs. We have exposed nails, holes in the drywall, cracked baseboards, etc. They still have our baseboard paint after promising to fix the damages they made to them yet they won't return our many attempts to contact them. I would be surprised if they're in business much longer. Do yourself a huge favour and steer clear of this very unprofessional business.

Abigail & her team were very helpful & awesome to deal with while we were completing our renovations. Paul did a great job installing the carpet when it finally came in. We love how everything turned out.

We had a tight time frame between tenants in our rental property to renovate a bathroom. PF Design Studio took on the project, laid down an action plan, and completed it marvelously as scheduled. Well done! -KP
