We bought a used fridge there on their "end of quarter sale" or something like that. It was in great shape and we only paid $250 for it. We plugged it in and it worked for a few days but then quit. we called them and they brought out the same one and installed it and took the old one in that day. They were very polite and we are so happy how fast they got everything done! We will be using them more then we have prior for our remodel coming up due to the great service we had! Thank you again!

I can never get any help in this store! Went on to buy more than $2000 in decking, but couldn't get assistance. :( This is my typical Lowe's experience. Home Depot seems to have much more helpful employees.

After calling 6 times two appliances in the store with nobody answering finally had to call and ask for a manager and he ordered a washer and dryer for us had it delivered they got here and started taking it out of the back of the truck and they were just throwing it around like they didn't care got a small dent on the washer and some scratches on the dryer and the dryer pipe in back was messed up a little bit and keep in mind this is a brand new out-of-the-box washer and dryer they were supposed to set it up and level it they did not do that they were in a big hurry to go eat they just didn't give a care in the world horrible customer service never again. Went into the store in Kalispell to buy pedestals day or two later stood there for a half hour in appliances and employees walking by finally had to go to the flooring desk and they helped me . no thanks. Not shopping there any more customer service is horrible

For Drivers: Very nice people. I get there early they let me park there for the night to deliver in the morning. After delivery, they allowed me to do my reset there again. Thanks to Lowe's Team.
