Dealing with Rob in flooring is awesome. He knows his stuff and is super helpful. We’ve done multiple projects and we seek him out whenever we need a hand. A company is only as good as their staff and Rob makes the Red Deer location great.

May 23rd 10am Was waiting patiently at return/customer service desk. The two ladies that were working that morning were rude and impatient. I was trying to ask one a question as well as be courteous not to be on the wrong side of security gates. She snapped and told me to move out of the way while I was trying to keep out of her way, the Second one who was just as pleasant told me to go to the other side to which she rudely told me I could not exchange the items as they were missing pieces to which I calmly pointed out they were different sizes, to which she kind of changed her tune saying, " oh my bad" There are way too many hardware stores to choose from in Red Deer where customers are not subjected to this treatment of rude customer service.

Received help from an employee loading heavy pavers in my truck! Everyone was extremely helpful and happy. One nice employee went above and beyond to find me a flat cart too.

Always have what I need. Staff and management are customer service oriented which makes for a good place to shop.

I find the store very well laid out, and easy to find what I was looking for. The danger was that I was able to find other things that I didn't need, but really wanted. The tool selection was pretty good, and the person covering tools was able to answer my questions about router bits. The only let down was the cashier was more interested in taking to the other cashier than me. I find it hard to do these reviews when I get great customer service and horrible in the same visit. Consider the self checkout, at least when it doesn't talk to you, you expect it.
