We had the very best experience with Signature One Carpet. We started the entire process not knowing what direction we wanted to go in terms of material. Signature One Carpet helped design our entire downstairs of our home and they also did a phenomenal job at salvaging our downstairs pre-fabricated wood floor so that they could install it upstairs. The upstairs portion of the job was really a last minute decision on our part and they immediately made it happen with their schedule. It even required a different crew to do the upstairs because our downstairs workers specialized in tile work and yet the different crew promptly showed up and began work seamlessly. The aspect of the job that I am most thrilled with has been working with Stefi. She bent over backwards designing our downstairs room by room in terms of our tile pattern. The tile availability was less than we needed and so she became very creative and came up with a brilliant idea. She did also need to order us additional tile and got very involved in making sure that the dye lot would be acceptable to us by ordering samples from Europe of the particular Italian tile we were working with. We are so thrilled with the job and we love our house all over again. Thank you Signature One Carpet!!

They did our floors and we are going to have them do our countertop and backsplash. John and Stefy are the best. Professional, fair, competent. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Experience and Integrity Matter Signature Carpet One Fremont has been in business for many years. The owner started as an installer so he knows the business from the ground up. From the top down this is a team you can trust. I would not hesitate to recommend Signature Carpet One Fremont to anyone. I use them myself.

I can't say enough good things about Signature Carpet One. Not just a flooring store...they have a great selection of carpet, hardwood, tile, countertop materials and Hunter Douglas window coverings! The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had them do my bathroom and kitchen remodel and hardwood floor restoration. I felt at ease with their professionalism and ability to work with my schedule for installation. The crew was great. They were punctual, clean, careful, paid attention to detail and obviously took pride in their work. John and Stefy were both a pleasure to work with, attentive, understanding and communicative. They are genuinely good people that care about their family owned business. They did an outstanding job and I'm a very satisfied customer! I will order my custom area rugs and window coverings through them.
