Guys & Gals at this location you are only get a 3 cause of your Sherwood Park locations good service and in association with them I came to this location 4 times to never get any help or even spoken to. Asked for you to look for a piece for me and call me when you see what you have with no call Went to Sherwood location and bought a $2000 piece of wood Hopefully you guys and gals will fix your location up to match the excellent service at your Sherwood location! I live in Spruce and will skip your spot to travel to Sherwood for all my wood needs Hope this is rating will give your group the ambition to step up the game!

Sad. Hardwood was mislocated in a discount bin. The manager blamed other customers. Could have thanked me for pointing it out, and asked me if I still wanted it at the actual price. I did still want it, but he took it from me. Enjoy the walnut.

This is my favourite Windsor’s to shop at. The girls at the front counter are always happy and cheerful, and the guys there are also happy to help out in anyway. This place excels In customer service. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars !!!

I absolutely love this store. Best place to buy plywood in the city. Great prices on hardware, veneer, stains and finishes, even specialty items. Not only is this one of the only places to get Baltic Birch plywood, but the Baltic Birch they carry is the real deal - sourced from Russia, not the cheap Chinese stuff. The prices on everything are very competitive, even compared to the big box stores, and the selection is better. Certain things are difficult to find elsewhere, like the big jugs of titebond glue, or the large flasks of tung oil, or the General Finishes products in all sizes - those things you just can't find at other stores. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. Complete opposite of Lee Valley, where all you find is overpriced "boutique tools" and a pretentious attitude. This store is friendly and down to earth, the kind of place a regular woodworker can visit and buy excellent products for their project, without paying boutique prices and without having to put up with aggressive marketing and upselling.
