As we were making final plans to move to Kelowna, we endeavored to line up the work that we would need to have done in the condo we purchased. We found the carpeting that we wanted for our two sunrooms and hardwood flooring for our kitchen at End of the Roll store. Mike Lindsay, the Flooring Advisor told us that he would do his best to schedule the laying of "said" within a two week time following our move. He lived up to his promise - - in fact, just one week after we took possession, he called and said they had had a cancelation and he could send Joe over to install the carpet and another fellow to lay the kitchen floor within a couple of days following the carpet being put in. Both Joe and the other fellow were friendly and business like and did a great job. The floors look GREAT!!! Thank you Mike. We appreciate so much what you and your workers did for us!

We are always satisfied with the service and the product that we purchase at End of the Roll. We don't shop around anymore as we know that we will get a great quality product for a low price. Our last purchase was for the stairway to the lower level. The installer did a super nice job and left the area clean. Very happy! Thank you!

Their customer service is terrible - they will tell you one thing and then change their mind after you purchase with them. Untrustworthy customer service and leaving customers high to dry when it comes to returns or exchanges. Wouldn’t trust them especially when it comes to a big purchase on your home!

We are super pleased with our purchase and installation from End of the Roll. We priced purchase and installation from 4 different places and ended up working with Brendan in sales and Mark for the installation. Brendan was patient and informative as we learned about the different qualities and price points for the products. He confirmed what we had learned at other places, and helped us to find a higher end product at a better price than what we could find for "entry level" or "contractor grade" products at other stores. So better product at a better price, for both engineered hardwood and carpet. Mark the installer came out to measure and assess the work at hand. When the products we chose came in, Mark delivered it to our home so it could come to the right temperature and humidity a few days before installation. For the installation, he was meticulous. Both he and John (his second installer) worked hard to ensure that the sub floors were prepped property and ready for installation. They built custom thresholds for the different rooms and even build a custom stair nosing for the steps to the basement! (I included a picture because it does look great!). Overall, the best experience we have had doing floor removal and re-installation in our 25 years of home ownership. I kind of thought of End of the Roll as "budget", but what we got was a superior product with a thick wear level at a reasonable price that was expertly installed. And less expensive than an inferior product with a thin wear layer from the higher end stores. Thanks guys, we are impressed.

They were great to deal with. I purchased carpet that was the best bang for a buck, compared to anyone else in town.
