Such a great hardware supply store! Really good for projects that are a bit more heavy duty than usual. They have all kinds of nails, knobs, bolts, and wood. All of the employees were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and completely non-condescending (a problem I’ve definitely had at other hardware stores!) . As a testament to their service, i lost my phone there. They were quick to let me leave a number in case it was found, and even let me use one of their phones to use find my iPhone. When they called to say they’d found it and I came in to get it, I found that they had charged it during the night. So so courteous!!

I went shopping for exotic and unusual woods and I found a bunch. The staff was polite and offered their assistance several times. The prices see to be pretty good. Looking forward to getting some supplies there on a regular basis.

Good selection of ply molding and solid wood bit pricey but convince costs.

Horrible service! We ordered two custom closet doors back in November and they were ready to be installed in December. We arranged for a installer to pick up the doors from Windsor and install them for us. When the installer arrived at Windsor he received only one door as Windsor broke the other when they were pulling it out of storage. We've had numerous conversations (in person and over the phone) with various managers and no commitment as to when the second door would be ready. It's now the end of January and we still only have one door and no update as to when we're getting the other. A committed completion date would be appreciated Windsor Plywood! UPDATE Feb 18th: On Feb. 5th, we called Windsor and asked for an update on our missing door. Currently we have one door with a brushed silver frame. They offered to send us a white framed door with a discount delivered by end of week. We emailed back saying that our doors wouldn't be matching and that we would want a pair of matching doors with white frames and that they could take back the silver framed door. No further emails or calls from Windsor...and no door. On Tuesday, Feb 13th, Windsor called saying they would have the silver frame door ready and delivered by yesterday (Saturday Feb 17th). We called on Friday to confirm the delivery time as we wanted to make sure we were around on Saturday. However Windsor still didn't have the door. So no door as of today... Still....

Very refreshing to have staff that actually know what they're talking about at a hardware store.
