I had great customer service at Tile Mart! The gentleman working helped me find what I needed and was friendly and kind. I will return to this store in the future and recommend this store to anyone needing tiles. Their selection is outstanding as well. Thank you for all your help!

They have the biggest selection I have ever seen. I was looking for tiles for my kitchen and I ordered the tiles but they were short in stock so they immediately brought it in the next morning. Best service.

Surprised at some of the previous reviews as from day one my husband and I have received nothing but 5 star service. From the warmest welcome from the owner Hardev ( where we chatted for over an hour ) after describing our kitchen he knew exactly which quartz countertop we had and helped us with samples to take home. Even one that we were looking at, pointing out that it wouldn't be good in a kitchen with alot of cooking and would leave splatter stains (something I wouldn't have thought of). My husband returned to purchase the tile and after knowing the pricing for a tile cutter at a box store Hardev gave him a great deal on one. Any problems with the tile or anything Hardev reassured us to come in.. no questions asked .We Will definitely be returning as we have many more projects to do.

Just wanted to say I never complain but I have to this time. I lasted about 2 minute before I walked out of the store. Never meet anyone who had absolutely no interest in helping a customer. He was very rude and had no intention of helping or answering any of my questions. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are so many other tile stores around with the same stuff and a lot better service.
