The sales rep that gave us our quote was Paul, and he did not deal with our concerns as far as having as few carpet joins as possible in our master bedroom. He tried to glue together 5 pieces of carpet in one room, which we had already emailed to him was not acceptable. He basically ignored our concerns and said everything would be OK. Of course it was not. They had to order more carpet, and our bedroom was half done for almost a month. Once the new piece of carpet came in, it was installed and looks good. Now we are having issues with some of the loops pulling out in our mixed cut/loop carpet. They have already been out to cut 2 loops and have to come by to cut another long loop that is about 12", so that will leave a small hole in the carpet. More than 10 years ago I had Home Depot install a cut/loop carpet in a room that we use every day, and we have never had an issue with the loops pulling out. The manufacturer was Shaw, and it was made for Home Depot. A friend had referred me to NuFloor, but she had a different salesperson. I REGRET going to NuFloor, and she feels terrible that she had referred me. So please use caution, and the warranty on my Dixie Home cut/loop carpet is worth nothing. It is now my problem!

Katrina & her team were amazing. We had a warranty issue with our original floors and Katrina worked with us and went to bat for us from beginning to end. The service from the installation guys were also professional, courteous and fast. We are thrilled with our new floors.

Geordon was a great help, very informative and knowledgable. No problem borrowing a couple of different planks to view at home followed by a few of the same one before we made our final decision. Kat supplemented with more information on the product we decided upon that helped us make our final selection. Service from Geordon was top notch, always a quick call or email after he did some thorough research. Never once did we feel we got half an answer to a question.

Absolute worst service I have experienced. Salesperson did not listen to our needs. Asked questions repeatedly as if she wasn't listening and we were ready to buy that day. As a sales professional myself her sales process was so off and didn't listen to the customer to lead them to what would have worked. Who ever is training their staff needs to go back and read the book on sales. Or provide me a contact to mgmt so I can give pointers because I would never buy from here the way we were handled.
