I wish I never found Lowe's lol. Always so many deals you can't pass up. Great selection. My only complaint is a lot of the staff seem more concerned with socializing than service.

Went to Lowe’s and priced out all the parts I needed for a project then went to Home Depot and found that Lowe’s was 60% more of the cost than at Home Depot! Also, my husband and I got there 30mins after opening and they only had four customers in the whole store.... still took them 15mins to come to the wood cutting station...then to find out that they couldn’t cut the wood because it was pressure treated. Would’ve been nice to have a sign on the saw or in the wood cutting area saying that so I didn’t have to wait so long just to have someone tell me that. Home Depot is a much better choice, way cheaper and friendlier/more helpful staff!

Nice store with a lot of variety of home goods. Purchased a BBQ here and customer service was poor. Ended up standing around forever waiting for help and even longer for someone to grab the item from the back.

Worst store for customer service. With a disability had to move large bags myself from both the garden area and from the till to the car. Seems like all this store wants is your money. There were people just standing around talking about this and that and did absolutely nothing. The one girls asked the other girl to help then they both left. I think I'll stick to Home Hardware. Their prices may be a bit higher but they are always willing to help.

Never had a problem with finding knowledgeable staff at this store. Also appreciate that when they don't have what I need that staff will recommend a competator who does have it. That integrity alone will bring me back. Prices are much higher on some items and much lower on other items than other local competator. It is worth it to know prices. Disabled parking is excellent at this store. I do wish that one could enter through the exit. If you have mobility issues and aren't using a wheel chair or scooter when you visit, the extra steps can be enough to decide to go to a smaller hardware just to save energy.
