From start to finish, the service and installation were excellent. I love the fact that End of the Roll has space enough for a variety of carpets to see in person, not just a swatch of carpet in a book. Their honest opinions were appreciated when deciding which carpet, installers were prompt on installation days, knew their job and did it well. They even lent me carpet gliders, which made life easy when it came to moving furniture. I have been using this store for the past 20 years and they have never let me down. Well done!

These guys ( Kerry, Mike and Keith) were awesome! Quick courteous professional and really, really nice. They had to move all the furniture and put it back. I am so pleased with my new carpet and kitchen floor. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Everything from the purchase and selecting of the flooring with Tyler, to the installation werr on point. The high level of professionalism and customer service with this staff is definitely a ten! Would definitely recommend and we will be back with our other flooring needs.
