I went to return a defective drill that I bought about couple months ago after a wonderful employee George recommended it to me. I have done an amazing amount of business at Lowe’s from carpet, blind installation to doors and a lot more over last seven years but I have never been this embarrassed and treated this way as I was today for Assistant/ Service manager Jesse refused to take the return since I had lost the receipt. I was denied when asked to speak to main manager. Even George pleaded with her saying that this is a repeated customer so if no return is possible then at least exchange or issue a store credit but she didn’t even listen to him and was very stubborn. I think she was showing prejudice since I now wear a turban. I left the store with a defective product feeling shocked. That is not a big loss for it was only $100 plus tax, but they sure have lost a loyal customer. I am the same customer who went back inside the store last year when they forgot to ring me up for couple items and paid for the same. But I will never go back there again. Thanks Lowe for embarrassing me for 70 minutes, selling me a defective product and employing people like Jesse.Good Bye.

We bought a couple toilets, and Cher was helpful and a lot of fun. She also made sure we got the best price. We had Lowe's install the toilets, and the plumber did a great job. Not only was Lowe's installation price considerably less than other places, it comes with a year guarantee. The staff in other departments have always been helpful.

Outstanding customer service! I went in to get a patio set that was on sale ($50 off) to find the display model was 1/2 off. I went to find help and came across the store manager who went above a beyond. Not only did she get a cart for me and help load it, she informed me that she was just lowering the price even more to 75% off the sale price. She then rang me up and had another associate help me load everything into my car. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I wanted to take the Time to say that three people well technically the whole staff were so helpful the three that stood out to me most were Eric, Andy, Adrian and Ryan. I forgot the name of the store manager it started with an a but these 5 People stood out to me the most they were so helpful and so kind if we had to unload the truck and reload it because it wasn’t right they would do it with happy faces. people stood out to me the most they were so helpful and so kind if we had to unload the truck and reload it because it wasn’t right they would do it with happy faces. I’ve went to this Lowe’s maybe like the whole week every day and it felt like I got VIP service every time,,, I went to Lowe’s again in the evening and Ryan, the store manager,And Tony were so helpful and Lowe’s prices are so affordable. I just want to recommend that if anyone needs patio sets go to Lowe’s!!!

I like Lowe's better then I used to,finding fair prices and good quality as a norm rather than the exception. This is very encouraging to me,fair competition between competing home improvement stores keeps prices more reasonable. I have noticed it can be difficult to get help,advice or questions answered. This is not the most enticing of attributes for this type of business.
