Jordans Flooring Outlet in Richmond has a great selection of flooring and carpets and Ron Burns provided me with outstanding customer service. It took me less than 10 minutes to find the flooring that was right for my space and it looks great. Ron also assisted me with determining the required square footage and all extra unopened boxes were refunded hassle free. I highly recommend Jordans in Richmond.

The sales supervisor, Ron, told us upon purchase that any unopened flooring material can be returned within 30 days of picking up. When we brought back the unused and unopened flooring, he denied making such remarks and hinted that we lied to him in order to return the floors. He then said that maybe one of his salesperson said that and pointed at a small sign that said "no returns on special orders" and said "you should've read this when you purchased". Eventually we returned the floors but he asked for 25% restocking fee. This location is so poorly managed, buyers beware and do think twice before making a purchase. We will definitely not return ever again to this location.

Great place to find bargain flooring - we got a great deal on our new Kitchen, hallway and bedroom flooring. Really helpful staff, they were super knowledgeable on what flooring was right for me!

Pleased with the product but NOT with Jordans return policy. So be aware this location has a 30 days NOOO return policy regardless of the material condition. I was denied today with receipts in hand when attempting to return a roll of unwrapped / unused 200 ft of underlay. I had purchased extra for the job. The job delay was strictly due to the strata limiting work hours.
