We love Lowe's in Smokey Point.. they are always so nice, helpful and patient too. Customer service is always on top of things and their return policy is amazing. We've never had any issues returning anything. We like that the workers will ask you if they can be of any help. That's just FABULOUS customer service...and one of them even had treats for my service dog 🐕Coco. He was so awesome. Bonus! .thank you Lowes! We LOVE YOU GUYS AND GALS!!!

Great place, once you figure out how to get to it. There's no big sign showing you where to turn, so if you're from out of town like we were (and your cell reception is as crappy as ours was), you're going to need some help to get there. Thankfully, we had Starlink! The store itself is laid out great; the staff was numerous and courteous. I'd give this location five stars if there was more signage to show you how to get there.

We had purchased a Lawn Tractor 3 weeks ago and decided we wanted an additional warranty. The Customer Service reps could not have been nicer and were very courteous and efficient. GOOD JOBS LOWES! We love your stores and staff.

Go here quiet often due to working just down the road and everytime it's a great experience, staff is friendly to me and my dog has grown to be quiet popular.. they always have what I need and willing to help look for what I can't find

Big Box with respect. I am in awe of their efforts to acknowledge the Military. I am appreciative of the 10% discount they give me and humbled every time someone there thanks me for my service. Great example of a Corporate Citizen.
