Stay far far away!!! Original estimate was $1000....came to measure and it was $1200 and we were given a VERY detailed sales agreement....and now we want to book and it's $1500!!! 50% higher? Seriously? Big waste of time. Jamie should be more prepared before he provides information to customers or at least have more support from management. I WAS very clear on budget and he reassured me multiple times it would be at or lower than that. We would have been happy to look at other options. A 10% reduction is still 30% higher than the original estimate. Our previous experience with this company was outstanding. Things have unfortunately changed. Horrible customer service now.

From start to finish, this purchase and installation was a challenge. Confusion from the moment we left the store. Our salesperson miscalculated the bill 5 times before it was settled. Two different installation dates were made in error by them and the guy putting the carpet in was told the incorrect day. (They caught this mistake before and contacted me which was reassuring then they screwed up anyway!) When he arrived, he walked in and said that he was told that the old carpet/underlay would have been already removed. No conversation took place between us and the salesperson regarding the removal and he told us that unless we specifically asked for the removal by them, it is assumed we would do it ourselves. This is a first for us and we have purchased several carpets over the years. The only positive thing I can say is that we are happy with the carpet we picked out.

Great are rug selection and such a clean store! The young sales guy was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs flooring or area rugs. Top notch. I will be coming back when I am ready to purchase flooring without a doubt.

My partner and I came into the store to look for an area rug. The sales person Justin Bush came right up and asked what we needed. He shared the various deals Jordan's had, showed us exactly what we were looking for and explained the differences in the area rugs we were looking at. He then left us alone to decide on what we needed, let us browse. We appreciated how helpful he was and that he was not pushy. Jordan's had an amazing selection. We are really happy with the area rug we bought.
