I am doing a full kitchen renovation so I went to the Rona in Vernon to ask their process. The kitchen person gave me his card and told me to email him the dimensions. I went home right away and emailed the measurements, photos, etc. Several days went by and I didn't hear anything so I emailed again and said I just wanted to make sure you got everything? Still no response. I called and left a message on his cell (that was printed on the business card). No response. Weeks later I went into the store and he was on a call so I just browsed other departments. When I came back he was away from his desk so I asked the appliance guy to call him. No answer within the store. I asked the appliance person if I could leave a copy of the plans with a note. I did that. Still nothing back. A simple phone call back to say they will be in touch is the least they could have done. For a company that prides themselves on customer service I found this to be a terrible experience. Clearly, they do not want my business for a full kitchen renovation. Rest assured the competition will benefit from your poor service execution.

Nice new renovations. Well stocked. Decent competitive pricing. Airmiles collector miles. Lots of parking. Great clearance deals. Helpful friendly staff.

High prices and poor customer service.... the only thing they have going for them is the odd shiny penny who go out of their way to help you figure something out ... but the rest of them avoid eye contact and turn and go the other way..... Contract sales and the guy running the yard are the power houses ....those guys are five star for sure.....

Great experience. Both Alan and Collette were a fantastic help in finding our list items and problem solving some home renovation ideas.

I like Rona because it has great deals online and you can order online and pick up. They still need to sort out their online order pickup a bit as you end up waiting longer than it would take to grab the item yourself, but hopefully that will come with time.
