Gal at the FedEx station was so helpful and kind. We had an express package but the driver already had come and left a few minutes prior and our package wouldn't have made it to Vancouver in time. She let me know I could intercept the driver at the airport and said she really hoped we could get there in time and we did!

Excellent locally owned hardware store. The only local chain left. Helpful staff; good selection. Two complaints - lousy hours not ever open late, and the hourly paid attitude of some of their employees, who are more in a rush to go home than to help customers.

As a contractor I get to visit hardware stores on a regular basis. Home Hardware in Kamloops has the best employee's and service. They are also well stocked for the majority of products. A store worth my time!

James in contracting has been our guy for years. He's busy but very reliable. The guys in the yard are FAST, and usually get me loaded and out the gate quickly. My only wish is that they carried nicer dimensional number but the quality we use is much higher than the regular contractor so not many places carry it.

Amazing, amazing customer service!! Alex Mills from the contractor desk has been incredible to deal with right from the beginning. He always makes sure our deliveries get to us on time with top notch product knowledge and a friendly smile. This guy gets stuff done. I can appreciate that in this fast paced industry. I can whole heartedly say I go out of my way to buy things from Home Hardware Kamloops rather than other vendors because of the next level service. Thank you Alex for making buying building materials a smooth process!! We will be back! Give this guy a raise!
