I can't say enough great things about my experience with Ian and End of the Roll. I was doing a major renovation on my apartment and was looking for a new floor in the kitchen so compared lots of prices and reviews and ended up choosing them. It was a fantastic decision as they were always available to answer any questions and would follow up immediately on request. After my kitchen floor was installed their was some maintenance that was required a year later due to the fact that the glue panels were separating from the heat of the sun (no fault of End of the Roll) End of the roll was amazing and paid out of their own pocket to fix the entire flooring. I would strongly recommend using End of the Roll for any flooring needs as not only do they do amazing work they are role model business people. Many other companies could learn from their approach. If anyone needs to contact myself or see pictures of their work I would be happy to provide. Keep up the great work and will certainly use them again for any flooring needs down the line.

Ian was awesome with the sale and the help was realistic and accommodating. Ricardo the installer was smooth and knowledgeable of his trade. He was awesome and would buy from them again in the future.

Great price. The carpets were installed perfectly and looked nice. A bit of confusion on my booking time because they were adapting to a new booking system but they managed to be there for my requested date.

Salesman Abid was very knowledgeable , kind and helpful which made our trip there to setup reflooring bedrooms in our home a very pleasant experience. These rooms were for grandparents and kids and helping with types of flooring to thickness and softness of the product which would be comfortable for the grandparents and easy to keep clean were nice suggestions. This was surprising and nice change compared to the other sales people who spend just enough time for you to spend a lot of money.

Charged us 2000 extra for wrongly overestimated measurements and added expenses for the basement floor installation. Confirmed by 2 other companies. Ismael took off the closet doors and then said he wasn’t going to put them back on and didn’t know how. Added an additional 1000 for other stuff that was so poorly done it didn’t make a difference and tried to add another few hundred for stuff we already paid for. Very unprofessional. Shockingly disappointed.
