They just finished installing the laminated hardwood floors in my home and I could say the installer did an excellent job. They did it quick and professional. Simon, the manager is very knowledgeable about the products and fast to response. We are very pleased with our new floors. What a great team!

I will give this store 0 stars if I could. DO NOT come here for your flooring needs as they will trap you in and will charge unacceptable amounts of handling fee. BAD PRODUCT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. Save yourself the hassle & avoid this store. Poor quality material and unprofessional staff and owner. On August 20, 2021 me and my wife purchased AC5 laminate flooring (Swiss made) for 133 cases at CAD 2.39 per sqft for a total cost of CAD 5118.49. After purchasing we shipped the flooring home ourselves. On August 24 when our floor installer came to install the flooring he refused to install such cheap quality laminate and said if you want this installed I will not be able to provide warranty as the short side of the laminate is not clipping together as it is supposed to. So, I contacted Line Art Floors and told them the situation. They told me to bring one box of flooring to the store so they can have a look. On August 25 we took a box of the laminate to the store and Simon (Manager) laid the laminate on the floor trying to convince us that the product is of good quality but as soon as my installer stepped in and showed the poor quality of the joint asking Simon to give a 2 year warranty which Simon refused as he had no confidence in the laminate that he sold. Now, we asked Simon to give us an exchange if you have a better quality product and we will pay the difference or refund the transaction which Simon replied “All the material quality I have is the same”. So, then we insisted to return the product which Simon accepted. On our way out that day my wife specifically asked Simon if there will be a return fee applied to which Simon answered “No don’t worry”. Therefore, on the same day (August 25) me and my wife shipped all 133 cases back to the store. When we were unloading the last couple boxes Simon told us that we had to keep the open case of flooring as it can not be resold which we totally agreed to, Now, after unloading everything Simon comes up to us telling me to sign a return form which I refused to at the time as I was exhausted unloading the flooring by myself. On August 26 when I went to get my refund I was told to sign the return form in order to process my refund once I signed the form without reading Simon informed me that there is a 25 percent handling charge for the returned product which is extremely high and unacceptable as yesterday he made a verbal agreement to take the product back at no charge. I refused to pay the handling fee of 25 percent which Simon then said he will talk to his boss so I then left the store without getting my refund. Later he contacts me saying my boss will charge you 15 percent handling fee which I again refuse. Now his boss offers me 12 percent which is still unacceptable. Simon verbally agreed to take the product back with no charge and now has backfired. It’s been over a month since they are holding back my money (CAD 5118.49). Save yourself the hassle and avoid this store. Very dishonest and unprofessional business practices..

The service of the bald guy is sooooooooo rude. Maybe we just have our causal wear so he look down on us. Finally we bought the floors at the other shop.

Very pleased with this experience. The clerk went out of his way to meet my requirements. Polite and respectful

Heard many bad things about this place. But thought of going there to compare prices. The manager there has altitude and very rude. Not recommend.
