My wife and I were just into the store in Nanaimo. We both have to say that we were very impressed with the service offered by this outlet. Everyone that came remotely close to us asked us if we needed help or if we were finding what we were after. Steve, in the door and window section, was very helpful in finding what we needed. There was also a young fella that told us about the contractors card that would get us 15% off from Monday to Wednesday of this week, and if we got that card our deliveries would only be 40$ within a 50km radius. Impressed? Yes we were. When we paid for the goodies we bought, we received a 25$ gift card because we spent more than 150$. I then decided to buy some “Gone in 30 seconds†for our roof. The young lady at the till said “you need to return what you bought and then buy all of it together so that you can get another 25$ gift cardâ€. Impressed? Yes we were. She didn’t have to save us 25$ yet she did. Basically we got one gallon of the cleaner for free because she was cognizant of what was going in. All in all, we were both very impressed with the service and the people at the Lowes in Nanaimo. We will definitely be back. In fact, we went over to the Home Depot right after this visit and my wife was not impressed at all.
