Inexperienced staff, high prices. The "BOSS who was in Hawaii" that knows about parts required to install dishwashers was not present, "I needed a push lock fitting or pipe to barb to attach drain hose" finding what I required took forever. But finally managed to get the fitting and a short piece of wire to build a power cable for brand new dishwasher for 60$. So, staff did attempt to help, but had I not known what I was doing and looking for, I would have had to travel 3-4 hours to get what I needed and it would have been a lot more than 60$, which evidently is known by the owner by the prices. Make money up north but you spend it living up here. Staff were friendly, just typical, regardless where one goes these days as knowledgeable people are hard to find, and one pays for that luxury.
