I paid to have my new dryer and washer installed and my old machines taken away. I was told I would get a call the night before to let me know what time they would be coming the next day, I received no call. The next morning at 7 am the delivery arrived. I answered the door and was told to disconnect my old machines. Their website clearly states "Your installer will: disconnect your existing appliance." The so-called installers seemed clueless and confused about how to install and move my machines. My boyfriend had to help the installers throughout the whole process and disconnect our old appliances. I would give 0 stars if that was an option

I am a builder and shop at Langford Lowe’s weekly. David and his staff have been excellent. I find myself shopping elsewhere less and less as I have found they continue to improve in all areas and genuinely listen my feedback. I personally have found the other building supply stores on a downhill slide or stagnant. Even Lowes sales flyers should be a clear indication to anyone how hard the company is trying.

Advertise all over 7 days or less to get product in store. False advertisement because "we live on an island so it takes up to 3 weeks". Still never got my order by the time they said I would. When I followed up by phone the guy took down my info and said he would call back right away after he looked into it. I never got the call. A few trips to the store gave me the sense that the staff have no desire to go beyond their basic job description to ensure customer satisfaction. I'm pretty easy going and understanding but feel they never cared from the get-go whether I got my flooring or not in time. Sorry Lowe's, there are plenty of other businesses in town that do care. You won't be seeing me in your store again.

How does this place stay in business?!?! The couple times I've had to go there are unbelievable. Prices are wrong at the till and they dont honour what the aisle tag said. The amount of out of stocks is staggering, and now I went in to buy plywood and get it cut at their mill station and they told me only one person knew how to use the saw and he was on an hour break. You're a hardware store...how can you staff not know how to use a saw? I could have made the cuts if they let me. Oh well, off to home depot for me

They say hassel free price matching but when I presented them with the 15% off at Rona they wouldn't match it because it was a promotion and not a product price. I told them that if they match it I will buy it right now. Still no. So I drove 25 mins to Rona and saved $190 on a bbq.
