I walked in , asked for help, there was no one in reception , walked upstairs, a lady behind her desk not showing her face, screamed at me behind her cubicle asking who it was, finally got up of her chair and admitted they have no staff to help. The Owner which is Eastern European, also was very rude when i tried to buy Hardwood flooring. Made me wait for an hour to get some help. Would not recommend any home buyer to go there. Regards. no im sorry for anyone that has to deal with an unfit corporation. everything i said is and still is true dont be embarrassed..change it! thanks.

I had to enter a star for this review, but truth is, they deserve no stars. Came in, ordered stuff, asked the staff "are we done here", she said "yes". 21 days later they notified me that i need to settle before they can order which they should have told me 21 days ago!! I requested to talk to the owner who is a Eastern European guy and he was so rude. I had to extend my stay here to deal with this so called "service" which has got me no where. Now we are at square one thanks to them. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend their service to anyone. 0 STARS!
