Tesh got our carpet ordered, shipped, and installed within a week, right before our wedding week. We didn't have to add the stress of the carpet coming in on time thanks to him. Great job!

Worst experience ever! Salesperson charged me more than what was originally quoted and was told it would take 1 week to install the flooring. The person that installed the flooring did a horrible job and then told me that I need to pay extra because he had to even out my floors during the installation. The installer also took over a month to finish the job and after paying the installer this extra fee to even out my floors, my floors were still not even, there are bumps in the flooring that you can feel when you walk on it. After complaining to the manager, who said that I should not have had to pay the installer any extra fees as it was already included in my original price that I was quoted and the installer had scammed me. He was hard to get a hold of and so the company had sent a different installer due to so many flaws in the flooring from the first installer. The second installer was surprised at how badly the job was done and as a result, it "would be difficult to make it perfect". After he tried to fix it, I can still lift pieces of flooring up as you can see in pictures I posted. My floors are uneven, and when I vacuum, I suck up small pieces of flooring that were cut jagged and just placed down, not secured. I complained to the manager and demanded a refund and was only offered to be reimbursed for what the first installer scammed me for. I also was left with cases of flooring that I was charged for, even though it was not used so the measurements that were taken in the beginning were inaccurate.

We've been working with Tesh for a few years now on several different projects. His level of service is always top notch. We never have to worry when we send our clients there to pick out flooring and tiles. They have a great selection of beautiful products. Hi highly recommend going to see Tesh at Sammy's in Surrey!

Highly recommend Sammys Designer Flooring. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Tesh, who is knowledgeable, prompt and on the ball. The whole process of choosing flooring, carpets and tiles for the bathrooms (for our new build) was overwhelming but Tesh with his experience and expertise set us ease. Both my husband and I are extremely happy with the end product. Tesh’s response time continues to amaze us. Thank you Tesh and Sammys Flooring!! Raj and Shruti
