I don't often leave business reviews, though my recent experience with Kootenai Moon has inspired me to do so on this particular occasion. I have had the opportunity to browse this store on a couple of my visits to Nelson BC, as I do not live there. The Staff has always been very helpful and accommodating with any of my questions or requests, which is why I chose Kootenai Moon to purchase some dining chairs for a table that I recently purchased in Alberta. Being a bachelor, I called one of the staff do get some Interior design advice for something that would go well with my table. I sent a picture of my table in and I was promptly sent some choices that they had in store and also some choices that were available out of store. The choice was easy and all products I felt were at a very fair price, especially considering I was buying out of Province and at a higher Tax. A huge Thank You to Mandy, Val and all the staff at Kootenai moon! G

Creativity is alive and well in the Kootenays! Very strategic use of Google Maps, etc. - the large amount of open space shows extremely well, together with a wide variety of products that all blend together harmoniously. But despite the size, there's still an unmistakable warmness to these surroundings. And if you check out the furniture and accessories carefully, I would suggest that your next quality couch or memory foam bed could be bought at Kootenai Moon - whether you live in Nelson or the Lower Mainland. The styles of furniture match anything Vancouver has to offer. A great "virtual reality" shopping experience!
