We went to Exclusive Floors after a last minute cancellation of the floors we had originally chosen for our new build. They have a beautiful selection of flooring and I fell in love with one instantly. Victor Belan was SO helpful from the start and made the process seamless. He put a rush on the flooring and it came in earlier than expected. Would highly recommend! Thanks Victor :)

While putting your house back together after you have experienced a lot of water damage is never enjoyable, fun or inexpensive.... having the opportunity to work with a Jodi and her team of installers at Exclusive Floors certainly made the journey much more tolerableâ€¦ Jodi was patient way beyond necessary and always met us with a smile and shared a good laugh as she worked and guided us with making our floor choices. We can't thank Jodi enough....

Not a great experience with exclusive floors. We used them for our entire house and were not happy with the customer service from our sales rep. When we wanted to discuss further options we went to the store and found that our sales rep was upset that we wanted a few more options to chose from. She was rude with us and at that point I felt like cancelling my whole order. She added costs in that weren't discussed. Overall we are not happy and are disappointed in our choice of using exclusive floors. Don't make the same mistake that we did.

Very happy with the service we received. Found the salesmen to be very helpful, knowledgeable, but most importantly not pushy. Would highly recommend Exclusive Floors.

My impressions of this place....snobbish, and lacking customer service. I have been to the showroom several times now. Rarely asked if I needed help (once, on my way OUT of the showroom after being there 20 minutes looking around, a bit late). I have 4000 sq ft to finish in solid hardwood flooring, but I would say that I wouldn't consider using them, even with all the good reviews, after my personal encounters. I work in sales and know good customer service. Sadly, they are lacking. Perhaps its because they are used to working with architects, designers and contractors that they fail to see much point in working with the 'homeowner/small contractor'.
