Don't get why all home depots have the product on top shelves and not out to purchase. Seems to be happening more and more. Took an hour to get 3 products. Last trip to lowes was faster and got more items.

I've never been a fan of Home Depot but this location has been a pleasure to deal with. A couple weekend ago I showed up early on a Saturday morning and had the good fortune of finding Richard at Customer Service. He went above and beyond to make I had everything needed for my husband's project. Even the young men, Nathan and Humza were a delight to deal with. Thanks for the great customer service.

I get fantastic service at this Home Depot in Duncan. One paint department person made a major mistake with what he sold me and the store made sure it was fixed and fixed quickly. The appliance department is amazing. Talk To Maggie.

I can guarantee you, your 10 minute Home Depot Run will run you close to an hour long. The help and service is so scarce. This place has all the possibilities in the world and yet they are always understaffed and the employees don't seem to have any sense of urgency to help. I've just finished building a home, fence, doing landscaping etc and have had years of experience dealing with this store. To cut this short, I will drive an hour, down to Victoria to shop at Lowe's when ever I can. That being said, some times they have sales which are great! They will beat any competitors prices. Do your research on the products or sizes toy need before doing to the store, as it will be unlikely to find help, and if you do, the staff don't all know what their talking about .
