Honestly , the nicest people I have dealt with at a business. They went over and above what was expected of them. Floor product was quality. I would certainly go back there again. Karen L

The entire experience from purchase to install was excellent. Very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Would have no problem recommending to anyone requiring flooring. Well done!

During a very stressful time of transforming a new home Impressions Flooring offered exceptional , personalized service from start to finish . They went out of their way, and beyond expectations to make my vision come to to life . The quality of the flooring and installation are superior to other businesses in the Kelowna area but what really stands this company apart is their genuine , honest and enthusiastic approach . You can’t beat the service from a family owned business - I would trust them for any future projects and would recommend them in a heartbeat . Thank you so much Taylor , Patrice and Gary !!
