I would like to commend Rick and the crew of Strong Roots Flooring. We called Strong Roots and were provided with an estimate to sand and refinish the entire top floor of our 6200 sq. ft. home plus remove cork flooring from my office and install and match hardwood. We were on vacation and trusted Rick to perform the task at hand and to work through any possible issues. We are 100% happy with the craftsmanship, the pride of workmanship and the effort made by Strong Roots to ensure customer satisfaction. We were happy to find our home clean and the work completed within the timeline as promised. We received updates regarding progress via e-mail and were happy to receive the updates. We are 100% happy and cannot find one negative thing to complain about! Thanks again guys for a top notch job!

We were very pleased with Strong Roots from the moment we made our first visit to the showroom, to the completion of our project. The staff were so helpful and so obliging ,and the end result was exactly how we wished or floors to look. Have made lots of referrals to friends.

We have used StrongRoots twice in the past year and each time they have exceeded our expectations. They are a family run business focused on delivering a premium product while putting an emphasis on client satisfaction. Look no further, this is one of the best companies I have worked with and you will love the results. Thank you Rick, Scott, Dylan and team.

We had oak floors that had average damage from years of previous owner's damage. From the first point of contact with everyone at Strong Roots, front desk to sales, installers to the owner - our experience was second to none! Your attention to detail every step of the way, made the process smooth (pun intended). Taking care to cover certain areas with plastic, was very appreciated. I'm so pleased that we went with your suggestion and also applied grey stain on the red oak floors - STUNNING! Well worth living in the basement (there's very little dust) while you made our floors look flawless. We are so happy! Thank you.

After reading the reviews on Strong Roots web page I felt confident using their services even though their prices were much higher then other contractors in town. Unfortunately my job was a nightmare from the start to the finish. The communication and customer service was terrible. I contacted them with my complaints over a week and a half ago and still have had no answer back. I can't, in good faith recommend them for the job. I see that most of the good reviews are from years ago and not current. Most of them mention Rick and perhaps if Rick had been the contact for my job things may have been different. The only one that tried to make things right was Annette.
