Very helpful and accommodating. Gave straight forward advice during our consultation and were always friendly. Also had some flexibility on material pick up timing which made our lives a lot easier. I highly recommend Carpet Superstore.

It;s my pleasure to write this testimonial. If you have flooring needs look no further than Kelowna Carpet Superstore. Our experience with Shaun Chartrand the owner was exceptional. We explained to him that we were going to be purchasing carpet for our master bedroom and large walk in closet and were price shopping. We mentioned that quality, distributor, and manufacturer support was very important to us as we recently had a very dissatisfying experience with a competitor down the road. We needed reassurance that he would stand behind the product he sells along with the manufacturer. Shaun is honest and sincere asking for time to make some phone calls firming up availability, competitive pricing, and installation meeting our time constraints. Yes he went out of his way to earn our business and give us the assurance that what he sells he stands behind. After the installation and a minimal amount of time had lapsed he followed up with a phone call to confirm we were one hundred percent satisfied. The carpet required a re kick and he had the installer back within 48 hours. His installers were punctual, courteous, and professional. The staff at Kelowna Carpet Superstore were very helpful and knowledgeable to the point that we purchased a large area rug from them as well. We would most definitely recommend Shaun and his team of professionals to others in a heart beat. Sincerely, Randy Schneider

We needed one tile to in our house as one was smashed. They were the only ones that helped us. Superb customer service. Very impressed.

I bought over $2,800 worth of flooring. My invoice was clear that there was a 25% re-stocking fee for any returned merchandise. I had 6 extra boxes. When I tried to return them, the store owner would not take them back. I found this totally unacceptable, but apparently there was nothing I could do about it. I would never suggest you purchase from these people. They do not stand behind their word, or what's printed on their invoice.
