We had a wonderful experience at the floor store at Dublin. They have the best and wide variety of flooring selections. All staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Gill, in particular, gave us so many very helpful and professional advices. The best of all, we got incredible price for a very high quality Lament floor product. Highly highly recommend.

Came to Pick up materials at 9:30am as it states they open at 9am. Nobody showed up to the store until 10am. I had to call around to 2 other store to get someone to tell me what was going on. Unprofessional Service when I called the corporate office. I will do my best to avoid ordering materials from this company from now on and I will advise my clients to stay away. ***Update After sitting in the pouring rain, for over a half hour trying to track them down. Not only did the employee Bad mouth me to our client, we have multi broken tiles in the load. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, Thank you to the corporate office for responding, But I need them to train the employees to be professional and courteous!

Materials weren't ordered until more than 10 days following the measurements being done and then installation couldn't be scheduled until after materials arrived at which point we had to wait another two weeks. All of which could have been avoided if materials were ordered promptly. Poor customer experience.

Beware of this place. Each individual is their own sales person without any cohesion amongst the group. It reminds me of a used car lot. I will never do business here again.

Bought St Helen's store engineering floor 946 sq ft beautiful but soft planks scratch easily. Sales team is not there to provide pros and cons of your choices, jard to return calls, carpet section not interested in provide good shopping experience and manager hard to reach. I chose another merchant for carpet. Watch out for non refundable items. I will never buy again from them
