I've hired Coles twice now for two larger jobs and I highly recommend them because of the quality of work not only in installing flooring, but additionally baseboards. The installers are very conscientious, courteous and professional. The representative was very helpful in aiding me in my choice of product.

This is the second flooring order I've done and I couldn't be happier. Gina Moreno helped us with both of our flooring choices and helped us pick out the best products for our house at the beach. The turn around from decision to installation was fast, efficient and professional. Gina followed through with me every step of the way, she treated our small job with as much attention as our large job! It is a pleasure doing business with Coles.

Excellent service both at the store (Jaclyn) and by the team of installers (Mario, Julio). Very useful discussion at the store of the different options, pros and cons, and a lot of patience to go over the materials, colors, styles, etc. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. It was a great experience,

Noel is absolutely wonderful to work with, she is extremely talented and very knowledgeable. With her design expertise she is able to help you create your vision and take it to the next level. I'm beyond grateful she was there to help us that day. When you have a many different visions and ideas and are overwhelmed by options she is able to put you at ease by providing great direction and feedback.

We just had Coles Fine Flooring install new carpet throughout our entire home and we couldn't be more delighted with the extraordinary level of customer service that we received from Gina Moreno, Designer, at the Morena Blvd location. Gina was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! We were also impressed by the installation process. Gino and team were friendly and professional, they took extreme pride in the quality and detail of their work. We would highly recommend Coles to anyone looking for a top-notch company you can trust.
