Pro: Location is good. Hours are good. Con: Staff are unknowledgeable. Front end cashiers are very rude, especially the morning staff and tellers. The contractor entrance tellers are good though.

Ordered a hot water tank online. They called to tell me it was in. I went to pick it up. They looked for it for three hours. The store was not busy at all (No wonder). Finally they found it . (This is an 80 gallon hot water heater so not a small item) They said if I drove around back , they could find someone to help me load it if I would wait. I was so angry I loaded it myself although I am not sure I could do that again. To bad no option for no stars......

Started with our till person on the phone complaining there was no one to cover her, as we waited. Then we were 4¢ short of $100 to get their 15% off. Even though our total bill was over $130. Turns out it only applies to their lawn furniture. The same lawn furniture we bought at Canadian tire later for less. Worst customer service we have had in a long time. Called the manager and they could care less as well. I've spent a lot of money in that store but no more.

Definitely go here...... if you like waiting 2 hours to get anything from the warehouse. There is a lot of people standing around unless you actually need help then you will also experience 15-30 minute wait.

I've been a few times briefly. Last time I was looking for a couple small repair items. A lady working gave awesome advice that I didn't know I needed! Then she helped me find another item I hadn't started looking for yet and didn't know where it might be found. Great service at the till, as well, every time I go. Great addition to Prince George!
