This store is hands down the best place for all of your tiling needs! Excellent customer service by Wei (store owner), a large variety and abundance of tile stock on site, very reasonable pricing. I had been to numerous tile stores in town before I settled on Tenor Tile. Wei helped us in designing our kitchen floor and most recently our fireplace surround. We will be back for more soon! I really question the negative reviews and the people who wrote them.

Owner was abrupt, rude and showed no interest in helping us find what we were looking for. I’ll never be back.

The customer service is an absolute joke. We went in and the lady was on the phone dealing with something SHE was buying. She gave us 2 minutes and only showed us about two tiles from the whole store then returned to her call and ignored us. Didn't even say goodbye. Incredibly rude and we decided not to buy even if there was something that worked for us.

Great selection in the store. Owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Installation work was professional and timely.

Best price, best quality, best service. More than 10 jobs done by Tenor Tile. Never disappointed!
