Great place and people! Very helpful and prices are decent! Gave us some extra stuff (like padding scraps) for free even when we didn't buy anything). Delivery and installation is professional and timely. The rest of my family goes there too, even though they are sort of far away. Good selections and fair amount of in stock choices for fast delivery.

Taylor-Made Floors has just lost me as a longtime customer. In the future I will look elsewhere for my carpeting and flooring needs. I bought a Shaw carpet three years ago for our bedroom. I took care of it in the manner they suggested. I bought from Taylor-Made store a spot cleaner they recommended. I first tested the spot cleaner successfully in a corner as was suggested on the container. Now that I have an issue with the carpet Taylor-Made has been less than service oriented. They tried to talk us out of filing a claim, with several excuses such as “The process is a lot of paperwork and takes a long time", “Have you had your carpet professionally cleaned every 18 months?”, “Do you have the receipts?”. They kept trying to say the dog spot was vomit (as that’s not covered). That was clearly a tactic to just avoid responsibility. Following their advise, we had the carpet professionally cleaned. The person who cleaned it said in his opinion it was definitely not vomit, but was probably urine. I also believe the spot was urine, which is supposed to be covered in the warranty. I believe I could get this level of non-service from a big box, national store. In the future, I will use them since this experience gives me little expectation of help or service from Taylor-Made Floors.

I've purchases carpeting, laminate flooring. and kitchen flooring from them. Have been buying all my flooring from them for years. I never once had a problem with them.

I was super excited when I was referred to Taylor Made By quite a few friends when we at the last minute decided to pull up carpeting in one of our rooms. My significant other had done some Pre Shopping for us on his break and had worked with Nikkie whom was extremely helpful, knowledgable and kind. We right away planned that after work that very same day that we would go back to hopefully lock everything up and make the final decision. However the minute we walked in the door it was nothing like I had imagined. We were not greeted. And when we were, the gentlemen was extremely rude and off putting. Another woman had come over after a few minutes because the gentlemen had a guest unexpectedly show up early and he needed her to take over. Which was totally fine....or so I thought. She was just as rude. Very snappy with her responses and offered little assistance when I asked them to stop taking us to so many selections and explain to me why one option offered more benefit. As I wanted/needed to justify the price and understand what I would be purchasing. We just purchased our first home and am trying to learn. Instead we were then interrupted yet again by the gentlemen implying that if we weren't going to be going any where with this that she needed to tend to another item. Which I do understand that others need to be greeted and processed however where was this courtesy upon our arrival? I am afraid we will never know if this was an isolated incident as this was enough to turn as away forever I feel. I surely hope other have a far better experience then we. Sincerely, an extremely disappointed consumer.

AWFUL Experience!!! Bought carpet for our upstairs (premium carpet) and its not even a year later and the carpet is completely worn out and there are traffic patterns everywhere. Now this is for an upstairs that has a small hallway, an infant room and our master bedroom so not much traffic! Called Taylor Made and filed a complaint and it was denied by the carpet manufacturer. We then asked Taylor Made if they could help us out and they wouldn't. Will never shop here again! I wanted to go to a small company instead of the big box stores, but I will never do that again because they do not help you out at all or stand behind their product! Very disappointed!
