Flooring America was actually our first stop in our search for new flooring. At that time, we weren’t entirely sure what material we wanted as replacement for our carpet. Chris Taylor and staff were extremely knowledgeable about the products, introducing us to luxury vinyl. We spent a couple of weeks researching and visiting flooring retailers only to ultimately find that our first visit had been to the location with the best pricing and customer service of any in Springfield. Flooring America helped us to choose the perfect product for our family, and we are so happy with the appearance of our new floors.

There’s a reason all the reviews here rave about this store: It’s Stephanie and Chris and their hard-working team. They listen, care, respect your budget and your time. I was a few weeks away from having a baby when I was surprised to find I needed new floors in the house I just moved into (had to replace floors ruined by the previous owner’s dogs—they were warped and smelled terrible). Feeling desperate, I called the store and Stephanie answered. Within 5 minutes, we had the flooring picked out and Chris was reconfiguring their installers’ schedules so they could get my floor installation done before the baby came. I wasn’t sure it could get completed, but they came through with flying colors! We even hit a big snag with my kitchen floor being two inches higher than the rest of the house—but they literally worked overtime just to help me get settled. I could go on but you get the idea. And I will tell you —I love the floors- a beautiful, quality red oak that was a super reasonable price. The floors are my favorite feature of the house. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

When me and my husband went into Flooring America in Springfield Illinois was very overwhelmed with the whole process, but in two seconds Stephenie Taylor came right over and helped us find the perfect flooring. She didn’t try to sale us on high price floors and understood what a budget meant. She was there for us and pointed us in the right direction. We were out of the store in about 15 minutes and the whole process took less than 4 weeks from start to finish. We are very pleased with everything and Peter the installer was perfect. Thank you Flooring America!!

My husband and I recently upgraded carpet and tile in our home, being rather picky about what we wanted. Not only did we desire a top-quality product, but we wanted a good shopping, purchasing and installation experience; the whole deal. Flooring America satisfied every aspect of this! Stephanie and Chris are superb! They were very patient with us, quickly responding to every question and concern we had. Stephanie and Chris felt more like friends than sales associates. The installation crew was phenomenal as well. They were courteous and professional and did an incredible job. We can't rave enough about how happy we are with our choice to use Flooring America. We highly recommend them!

I am in love with this store! Everyone was super nice and smiling and waited on me promptly after entering the store. They have a very large selection of all types of flooring, it was hard to choose! I shopped around at other stores, but the service I received here made my decision easy. After my flooring came in they scheduled the installation and I was so impressed with the installers! They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves and left my new floor looking amazing! I would definitely recommend Flooring America Springfield!!
