Steady decline really great service to less then average. Tonight's issue was shelf one price till another price. In 2 months 6 of these moments all met with well that's what the till said. If you get forcefull they will not fix even if you mention consumer law the just ignore your info. All and all very poor service

Not great with customer service. I went in to buy lights needing a total of 4 lights and expecting to spend close to $1000. I walked around the section for about 10mins before finally deciding to approach someone at their desk because they didn't even acknowledge I was there. There was 3 sales representatives at their desks and no other customers but me in the section. I explained what I was looking for, the lady showed me one little box light, just a plain Jane white flush mount, I told her I didn't like that and was looking for something prettier. She told me I wouldn't find much else but showed me where to look on a wall of more plain Jane flush mounts . Finally I told her I would just look myself. I found a beautiful one I liked in a different area of the lights section, however instead of approaching her again because I didn't want to have her rudely speak to me again I decided to leave, I Will spend my money elsewhere. Please train your sales representatives to be more approachable and help their customers with their purchase needs.

They need to stock more stuff. Never have what I need here. Do like the idea of a locally owned and operated lumber yard tho

During renovations we bought many supplies from here. However they lost an employee and never completed the order. We did not find out until many emails were not returned and we called to pick up our order and found it was not ordered. We were able to overlook this considering the loss of an employee but then ran into much bigger issues after ordering more material. The material was ordered incorrectly/or picked incorrectly - hard to know when all of EG Penner employees were pointing fingers at eachother. When I arrived to pick up, many employees were not wearing masks, or not wearing them properly. They sent me to the wrong door for pick up twice. I had to wait over an hour with a 4 month old, inside and out, to ultimately find out that they did not order the right part. Because everyone was pointing fingers at eachother... NO ONE APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVIENCE or the screw up, and I ended up speaking to probably 8 different employees and not one was able to help or take ownership. In fact, they told me to order my part through Hearth & Patio. Disappointing
