Have done business with Kemp's multiple times ... both personal home and rental homes. Always top-shelf! Great people, great products, great pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My experience with Kemp's goes back many years .... most recently in the last 12 months.

I really dislike this place. I ordered wood flooring and carpet. When the installers came, they only installed the carpet and 2/3s of the wood flooring. I expected them to come back to finish but they never did. A day later I got a call from some women in the office. And she wanted the payment. I told her they weren't finished and she said " oh yes were are'! I said well I am looking at the foyer and it hasn't been done. She called me a liar, and said she would get back to me after she talked to the crew. This women was horrible to me, she never called back but sent a bill minus the foyer wood floor. So they never finished, nor did they ever apologize for calling me a liar. I went back a few years later for one of my rental houses and they were 2 times HIGHER $$ then the other estimates I got. I ended up going to Moran Carpets in Athens and THEY were awesome.

Excellent service from assistance with selection through the installation process! We have used Kemp's several times over the past three years for carpet replacement and wood flooring installation. Each and every staff member is knowledgeable and helpful. Melissa is our "go to" associate at Kemp's. She makes good suggestions and walks you through the pros and cons. She is on top of all the details, stays in contact and is quick to resolve any issues. It's obvious that the owners fully support their staff and stand behind the product and workmanship. Excellent experience all the way around!

I had the best experience with Kemp's Flooring. My husband and I bought a home and quickly realized we were going to have to replace the carpet. We went and looked at carpet on a Tuesday and they were able to put it in on Wednesday. Jeff the sales associate we worked with was also extremely helpful. Initially my husband and I were hesitant about buying new carpet because of the expensive of buying a new home, but we couldn't be happier with our decision.

The service and workmanship Kemp’s provided on both my tile and carpet installations were well below my expectations. A two day job took over a week to complete. The work was simply handed off to sub-contractors that were more interested in working on their other jobs than mine. In the end, the job that was performed was unacceptable, and they had to come back and redo it. I think the person from Kemp’s was even shocked by the quality of the work when I had them come back out to fix it. I also tried to contact the owner to complain about the job that was performed. I never heard back.
