National Interiors took our project and nailed it!

We had an office renovation planned by a large architecture firm in Winnipeg, it was clear that all they wanted the office to look like was Google office but our budget - not so much! Our project manager said she had worked with National at her last firm... 3 days, same result and 25% less. Amazing!

Thank you National Flooring & Interiors for doing such an incredible job on our floors, I can't sing your praises enough. Not only do our floors look incredible, but your customer service has been second to none. Office Manager Andrea Johnson was very accommodating and worked hard to offer us different options for our flooring. She was professional and patient, and made this process really, really easy for us. She also respected our time, and was fine corresponding mainly though email. Colin, the man who did our floors is an artist. His work is precise and beautiful, and he got the BIG job done in a week (which National Flooring promised he would.) I wasn't sure that he would be able to meet the promised timeline, given that he had to move our furniture and work around it. But he did, and he was super cool about it. Colin was knowledgeable and was happy to answer our questions, and he made sure that our house was safe and livable after he was finished for the day each day. (Super important, as we have three small kids and busy, busy lives.) I cannot thank you enough. Our house looks and feels a million times better!

Was very disappointed in the level of response from the people at National Flooring. 10 weeks and still nothing advanced on my project. I waited and waited to be contacted and everything was a 2- 3 week delay to get a response. I left countless voice mails, texts and emails that went unanswered for days. I shouldn't have to chase people down for a response in a service industry. I've never experienced such bad client service in my life. Finally decided to go somewhere else and had everything done 5 or so days.
