The best staff. Very helpful, let you bring numerous samples home. Harriet was a great salesperson. They had a better price than the company that was doing our whole home with the builder. The installer Tom was probably the nicest person I have ever met. I would recommend them to everyone. Updated**** Had The Floor Show install a tile wall. Once again Harriet was a great salesperson and the tile installers were the nicest people ever. Very respectful of being in our home and cleaned up after themselves. The installation was seamless and looks perfect.

We needed to replace a substantial amount of carpet in our house. After reaching out to several flooring companies, we chose to go with The Floor Show as they offered the best customer service hand down. Harriett helped us to select our carpets. She was prompt at returning our calls and answering our emails and was very knowledgeable. Sean, our installer, was meticulous and did a tremendous job of installing our carpet without removing our brand new baseboards. Our reno experience with the Floor Show was wonderful. Many thanks.

Not a great company to deal with and I do believe very dishonest to their customers. I know some who work there and no values and honestly. Stole workers from all over the city cause they couldn’t even train their own. Update to your response: You say for me to reach out to someone there but don’t even name who to contact. One last fact is I find it highly suspicious how out of the negative reviews I’m the only one you responded to? If it wasn’t truth why not ignore like the rest?

Harriet at The Floor Show was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice when choosing a hardwood floor for our home. The installers were great and we love our floor! Recently we went back to Harriet for a new kitchen backsplash. Once again she was very friendly and extremely helpful. The installers showed up on time and did a good job. We’ve been very happy dealing with Harriet and with The Floor Show’s selection and service and will definitely be back when we start the next project!

Great selection of product to choose from. The service we received was over and above! The installer was very good! We would highly recommend checking them out.
